Know Exactly Where
Your Roof Stands
Get a free inspection with real photos of your own roof, an honest answer on whether it needs replacing, and a written price before anything starts. If you have ten good years left, you will hear that too. Serving every town in Atlantic County.
“They found the actual leak two other companies missed. Showed me photos from the roof before they touched anything, and the price on the estimate is the price I paid.”
“Full tear-off and replacement in two days. The crew tarped my landscaping, ran a magnet over the driveway every evening, and you would never know they were here.”
“Nor'easter took shingles off Saturday night. They had it tarped Sunday morning and walked me through the insurance photos without overselling me a new roof.”
What we do
Roofing & Exterior Services
Whatever is going on above your walls, you get the same thing: a straight diagnosis, a written price, and work that holds up to salt air and nor'easters.
Roof Replacement
Full tear-off and replacement in architectural asphalt, metal or flat membrane — sized, vented and flashed correctly for a coastal climate.
Roof Repair
Leaks, missing shingles, failed flashing, valley and chimney work. We find the actual source instead of patching the stain.
Storm & Wind Damage
Nor'easter and hurricane damage, emergency tarping, and documentation to support your insurance claim.
Roof Inspections
Free, no-pressure inspection with photos of what we actually find — whether that means a repair, a replacement, or nothing at all.
Gutters & Downspouts
Seamless gutters, guards and downspout runs that move Pine Barrens leaf load and heavy shore rain away from your foundation.
Siding & Exteriors
Vinyl and fiber-cement siding, soffit, fascia and trim — the rest of the envelope that keeps water out of the walls.

What You Are Paying For
A roof is one of the largest single repairs you will ever pay for, and most people only do it once or twice in a lifetime. That asymmetry is exactly why this trade has a reputation problem. So here is what you get in writing, before anyone sets foot on your roof.
- Free inspection with photos — including when the answer is that you do not need a new roof
- Itemized written pricing before any work starts, covering tear-off, materials, permits and disposal
- Municipal permits pulled and inspections scheduled as part of the job
- Manufacturer-certified installation so material warranties stay valid
- Workmanship warranty in writing on every installation
- Full cleanup — tarped landscaping, magnet sweep for nails, debris hauled away

The people on your roof
You Will Know Who Is
Showing Up
No day-labor crews you have never met and no subcontractors who disappear when something goes wrong. The same people who inspect your roof are the ones who install it, in marked shirts, out of a marked truck.
We are the roofing arm of HappyVac Heating & Air, working out of the same shop on Doughty Road in Pleasantville. We started it because our HVAC customers kept asking who they could trust with their roof, and we did not have a good answer for them.
Our process
How It Works
Free Inspection
We get on the roof, photograph what we find and show you the actual condition — decking, flashing, ventilation, the works. If it does not need replacing, we will tell you that.
Written Proposal
A clear, itemized proposal: materials, layers, tear-off, permits, disposal and cleanup. You see the number before anyone picks up a nail gun.
Permits & Scheduling
New Jersey requires a permit for a roof replacement. We pull it, schedule around the weather, and tell you what to expect on install day.
Install & Cleanup
Most homes are a one to two day job. We tarp the landscaping, run a magnet over the yard and driveway, and haul everything away.
